A fantastic opportunity for a UK Marketing & PR Manger to join a London based well Known luxury salon brand.
The company are looking for a vibrant, experienced UK Marketing & PR Manager to work within a small team to support the strategic direction and delivery of the Marketing Plan across their UK salons and UK / US Academies. You need to possess significant Marketing, Digital and PR experience in the hair & beauty industry with press relations and success in delivering effective campaigns.
The UK Marketing & PR Manager will play a large part in coordinating all marketing assets and branded materials to salons and academies, partnerships with digital, bloggers and local media to elevate the brand and digital touch points. You will fully support the International Marketing Director on key brand projects.
You will cover all aspects of Marketing, Social & Digital and PR, key responsibilities include:
Strategically plan and oversee Marketing and PR activity over the year
Oversee the implementation of the annual retail marketing plan working with international Marketing Director and Account Managers at Wella, GHD and L’Oréal etc.
Work as a core part of the team, liaising with different business functions and disciplines to ensure alignment. Build and foster relationship with all Salons and academies.
Oversee ongoing website activity and uploading content via in house CMS
Work in partnership with the International Marketing Director to develop Digital and Website strategies from user journeys to creative and brief in web agency.
Identify digital and social opportunities to ensure consistent brand messaging and approach
Build authentic relationships with key beauty influencers that result in authentic earned editorial
Write all press releases, liaising with Graphic Designer in terms of creative
Oversee customer facing activities that are effective, engaging and deliver measurable results. Placing and devising competitions and advertorials in local markets.
The ideal candidate will possess:
4+ years experience within a similar role
Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
Able to adapt to a fast paced environment, multi task and hit the ground running.
Strong organisational skills
