We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join a global, award winning, luxury electronics brand located at their UK Head Office in Surrey. Our client supplies luxury electronics equipment within high-end residential and corporate industries.

The successful Sales Support Executive will have previous experience working in a sales support or sales administration role. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to meet sharp deadlines, work under pressure, have excellent communication skills and be highly motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take enquiries from customers, respond to emails and deal with customer queries - keeping accurate and detailed records.
  • Quote price and delivery rates to customers for a variety of products
  • Accurately process and keep a record of customer orders
  • Assist sales team and dealers with pricing and stock queries
  • Liaise with warehouse ensuring deliveries and back orders are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Maintain in-house software to ensure new dealer records are kept up to date

Educational requirements


  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills with good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of maintaining CRM (e.g. Siebel)
