National Sales Manager
Jackson Rose are recruiting for a National Sales Manager with a passion for the Watch and Jewellery to represent a well known Watch brand to cover the UK.
You will be responsible for:
Optimising profitable sales for our products through the management, motivation and training of our field sales team. To ensure all opportunities within the independent sector are explored, in order to meet UK sales targets. To manage the RDE team to ensure our national account branches maximise sell through. To carry out all duties with due regard for cost control and in accordance with all relevant Company Rules and Procedures.
You will have:
- Experience in the sales or demonstration environment (preferred)
- Previous National Sales management experience ( managing multiple territories )
- A passion for watches or Jewellery
- A friendly but driven personality which enables you to engage with people
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- A self-driven attitude
- Held a full UK driving licence (minimum 2years)
