Digital Marketing and Content Manager – Iconic London Destination, London
We are hiring for a unique opportunity with a high-profile business and one of London’s most famous destinations. The estate is home to some of the world’s most exclusive luxury brands, restaurants, theatres, and hotels.
Reporting into the Marketing and Communications Director, this role is responsible for developing and delivering the online marketing strategy and taking the lead on all things content, social media, and digital communications. The brand remains at the forefront for their marketing and are respected globally for their innovative approach and seasonal activations. They have a highly established social following, and their sophistication and breadth of content is what really sets them apart.
Digital communications remain a core part of the marketing strategy here and as the business continue to build and invest in this function, we are now looking for a creative individual ready to take on a diverse and exciting role with lots of visibility as the business.

Responsibilities
Working with the Director of Marketing and Communications to set the overall digital strategy, annual delivery plans and budgets
To manage and author the editorial content of the brands website on a day-to-day basis
Create and deliver creative social media campaigns and everyday content across all digital platforms, aiming to grow follower audience against set targets
Reporting on key metrics/findings to benchmark performance of social programs and be able to analyse qualitative data, costs, ROI and brand benefits
To support maintenance of the corporate and asset level image library including photography and film
Liaise with appointed digital agencies on SEO and PPC strategies and to deliver eCRM programme
Support estate campaigns and occupier launches across digital channels to drive sales and footfall
Innovate and monitor social trends and channels to ensure the estates are market leading and offer a competitive edge
To commission and manage photography and filming ensuring all moments are captured and available across the organisation
