We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Country Sales Manager to join a Global Technology company based in Dubai, UAE. With an impressive client portfolio, our client provides high-tech automation solutions within the luxury residential and corporate sectors.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful Country Sales Manager will play a key operational role in leading the sales team, managing top business accounts and will have full P&L responsibility for the region.

- 10 years minimum proven experience of B2B sales within AV/ Home Automation industry
- Proven team management experience
- Track record of meeting and selling to blue chip/high profile clients
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
- A strong revenue achievement track record is required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work within a team and as an individual
- The ability to work under your own initiative to create your own sales
- Results orientated and outgoing professional, who is ambitious, driven and focused
- Manage and motivate regional sales team
- Oversee sales and projects with key accounts, with frequent travel across defined regions to demonstrate products & solutions
- Communicate with potential new clients and win new business
- Hold full P&L responsibility
- Maximise the company’s Sales revenue
- Be proactive in assisting the Directors of the company
