A well-established consumer PR and Communications agency based in Mayfair London is recruiting for a seasoned PR Account Director to work across a wide variety of luxury travel / hotel Clients.

The agency itself has a lovely working atmosphere. They operate a flat structure where teams are collaborative and supportive and management style is non-hierarchical. Everyone has the chance to do different tasks regularly e.g. Account Executives will attend new business pitches, write different forms of content and speak with clients. Our Client believes everyone on the team should understand their Client’s business inside out and be a strong all-rounder and they encourage creativity, innovation and continuous learning about the industry!

Experience requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent B2C PR skills including good press contacts at the lifestyle trade and national press, ability to turn corporate speak into benefits/issues-led press materials and great client handling skills. Motivational, collaborative and supportive people management skills is also essential. You will also have a nose for a good story and opportunistic approach to life !

Educational requirements

The Account Director will support the Director and manage a small team. The main goal being to increase brand awareness for a portfolio of client accounts through various PR activities. As Account Director you will maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and act as ambassador for the brand.
