We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Henley-on-Thames. This is a great opportunity for someone to move into recruitment at entry level. Full training will be provided and no previous recruitment experience required. Candidates should has some relevant work experience. Graduates welcome to apply.

Duties will include:

  • General admin
  • Resourcing candidates
  • Client visits
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Business development / sales calls
  • Working towards KPI’s and financial targets

Skills and attributes required:

  • Confident and personable
  • Able to multi-task and to prioritise tasks
  • Good admin skills (including systems and Excel)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A natural ability to build relationships
  • Good time management
  • Self-motivated
