We have been retained by a world renowned luxury watch brand in their search for a Sales Manager to join their London HQ. This is a very rare opportunity to join a highly successful and growing luxury brand who provide their high net worth clientele with exceptional, sophisticated, timepieces.
The ideal Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving personal sales targets, delivering a first class customer service whilst managing multiple projects at any one time. You will be an excellent relationship builder, preferably with a client book and ideally you will come from the luxury watch sector.

The successful Sales Manager will:
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and achieve defined sales targets
- Build a loyal customer network - demonstrating excellent client relationship skills
- Ideally hold a relevant client book
- Liaise with clients in a consultative manner and assist with any queries
- Manage multiple projects at any one time and process sales enquiries using CRM system
- Communicate a clear brand experience
- Min 3 years’ sales experience within a luxury fine watch watch or jewellery environment
- Have excellent client relationship skills, able to deliver a first class service, exceeding client expectations
- Well presented with a proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Highly organised and able to deliver projects to clients within agreed time limits
- Be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
- A high level of IT literacy
- Additional languages highly desirable
- Ideally have relevant luxury watch sales experience
