Jackson Rose are an award winning boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in Marketing, PR, Comms, Digital, CRM and Luxury Retail/ Sales roles. We are seeking an additional Recruitment Consultant to join us on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in recruitment for any industry, however marketing, PR, digital, CRM and luxury would be advantageous.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be given all the training and support required to carry out your role but with the freedom run your desk in accordance to your recruitment approach. The role is fast paced with monthly targets to be met; however we are a non KPI driven environment.
Due to our online presence and high levels of SEO, we have a fantastic client call in rate where roles are split between consultants based on specialism and experience. We also have a large network of clients who return to us again and again. The role will involve prospecting new clients, building relationships and networking as and when needed.
You will be responsible for speaking to Marketing, PR and Comms professionals, screening them on behalf of your client’s requirements and gaining their interest through a multi-channel approach. You will guide candidates through the recruitment process and close placements and manage client accounts long term to ensure repeat business.
You will also be responsible for keeping records of any work you do through our cloud based recruitment database.
