Jackson Rose have partnered with one of the most influential luxury jewellery brands in the UK. 

We are currently recruiting for a senior manager to oversee their most luxurious boutiques within Fine Jewellery we are looking for a charismatic influential manager who has a proven track record of influencing key relationships with their stakeholders. 

The Role: 

Managing the boutique team and supporting your team to make the best commercial decisions, train and hire their teams, build relationships with the key stakeholders and ensure the service proposition is of a luxury standard. 

Experience in High Jewellery, premium, or luxury as a current area manager/regional/head of managing a minimum turnover of £10 million with a large team size is essential. 

Reporting directly into senior management, candidates must have gravitas, an inspiring personality and be armed with commercial information and strategic examples to be successful. 

You will be responsible for all aspects of their range of departments: sales, profit, costs, people, operations, procedures and product, by leading your team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and high retail standards. 

This will be achieved by inspirational leadership challenging and driving a positive change in behaviours and role modelling exceptional standards. You will hold your Management team accountable for sales and delivering against targets. You will work collaboratively with the Buying and Merchandising teams on product management and influence the buying of product for their area of responsibility through their team. 

You must be able to showcase how they manage a business from a birds eye perspective and must have strong experience in fashion retail and a passion for luxury ensuring their team deliver excellent customer service.

In return my client is paying up to £65,000 plus an incredible bonus, Commissions and benefits.
