Jackson Rose are recruiting for a Global Head of PR and Communications to join a leading specialist Luxury goods client of theirs based in the London area.
Our client is set to be one of the worlds most pioneering, fast paced and market leading Luxury goods companies and is backed / owned by one of the largest Multinationals in the world. Through using nothing but the finest quality products, our client is set to become a leader in its field and is currently looking to recruit a Global Head of PR with experience within the luxury goods / niche markets industries.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will create and deliver the global Brand, Marketing and Corporate Communications / Crisis communications development aspects of the business plan. As well as working cross functionally through the business you will manage a development team and marketing team. You will be required to develop and implement both the consumer and the trade Communications plans, sharing the strategic drivers for both. You will also be expected to implement structure and development plans for the marketing and development teams.

Have significant experience in luxury goods, be it jewellery, fine watches, Fashion etc..,have well developed Global Marketing Communications skills, have leadership and team building abilities, be able to demonstrate success in tough environments, have an enviable record of changing culture in fast-paced settings, have a strong presence and generate confidence in others, be more committed, more energetic and than most people you know
We're looking for a highly numerate, commercially astute individual with extensive Marketing, Brand, Public Relations and Communications experience, and an ability to work at a senior level to deliver a challenging Business Plan. A background in luxury ( experience Communicating to UHNWI's is essential) marketing together with branded FMCG is essential.
You will be a senior Marketing manager / Brand Manager with outstanding strategic vision and self-motivation to seek and drive best practice through a multi functional, multi national retail team. You will have to be comfortable in working in an energetic, operationally focused and customer centric organisation. You must be a motivational and inspiring leader who embraces and enjoys managing a variety of tasks, challenges and people.
A good degree from a Good University Essential
Years Experience Required: 7+ year
Education Requirement: MIN BA/BS preferably MBA
