We have an outstanding opportunity to join a well-funded Luxury Brand Start up business that is set to become hugely successful . Our client is looking for an inspirational Global PR Director to launch the brand on the global markets and build a robust Communications plan into the future.

Responsibilities

Develop global corporate communications strategy, messaging and guidelines while providing new and compelling opportunities for brand communications.
Act in a dual capacity of being an avid brand advocate and an effective salesperson consistently balancing the commercial realities and priorities with brand engagement.
Win the minds and hearts of customers and consumers with compelling storytelling about the craft of our brand.
Secure editorial features and news items, develop story angles, and write/edit press releases
Equip external agencies with PR tools for the season including latest brands information and strategies, price lists, retail credits, and more.
Develop and enhance PR analytics systems as well as reporting methods to benchmark against strategic planning
Grow asset database
Foster an environment of growth and best-in-class work through innovative thinking, collaboration and consensus building
Organize and execute product press launches, desk side appointments and special events.
Be aware of new publications, websites, blogs, and editorial changes
Create branded strategies for local initiatives, including event concepts and media strategies.

Experience Requirements

Requirements

10 Years of experience.
Extensive media contacts / track record
Experienced with Luxury & Technology brands.
Experienced in conceptualizing and producing integrated communications strategies for luxury and tech lovers.
Writing/editing experience.
Ability to establish and foster relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencers and translate these connections into media opportunities
Spokesperson experience/media training; Strong Presentation Skills.
Understanding of KPIs and ROI as well as reporting methods.
Ability to deliver clear analysis of PR results within organization as well as benchmarked against competitive set.
Experience working closely with senior leadership; Strong judgment and mature business skills.
Digitally savvy ability to embrace social media as part of daily life.
Ability to leverage external partnerships to reach new consumers.
Agency experience
Crisis Communication experience, with knowledge of industry issues.
Extremely well organized, methodical and efficient, project management skills, with a good dose of common sense.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Language Skills a plus.
