Working for a well-known financial services company within their busy Marketing function, the Digital Experience Manager is a key role focussing in providing quality customer digital experience and developing the digital strategy for the wider business across all their brands in the UK.  

The Digital Experience Manager will need to be hands on and an excellent relationship builder with a strong ability to push key projects through to completion in the areas of new customer acquisition and customer retention in terms of digital.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities (Digital/ Marcomms/Management):  

-Define and lead digital strategy and ensure delivery is well executed and aligned to company brand.

-Manage the brands customer journey through web to sales floor and ensure this process is continually analysed and assessed. This also included ongoing analysis of certain marketing campaigns.

-Introduce new technologies where appropriate and act as ‘Digital Champion’ for the business.  

-Own the responsibility for digital assets to include:  website, mobile applications & social media and ensure ROI and KPIs are monitored for all digital campaigns.

-Manage marketing communications to keep within brand guidelines for design, brand  and tone of voice.

-Own the external communications process and marketing agencies.

-Work with senior management for the ongoing development of the Digital and Comms strategy.

-Lead, manage and inspire the Marketing Strategy and Communications team.

-Own and manage the Marketing Strategy budget.

Experience requirements

The ideal candidate will have around 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing at a senior level. 

Educational requirements

Ideally educated to degree level.
