Client Services Manager Oxfordshire
Jackson Rose are recruiting an ambitious Client Services Manager for one of the UK and Europe’s most established field marketing agencies to head up a technology client account, earning a salary of up to £40k plus excellent package. The successful candidate will lead large numbers of field managers, field personnel for a significant technology client. You will be expected to effectively manage the agency’s client and field operation, build the agency’s business by developing the services provided to them and operate within agreed budgets to deliver agreed profit levels.This role demands candidates who can demonstrate: * an education to degree level (or the equivalent) * an understanding of technology * at least 3 year’s field marketing experience (managing circ. 20 people in the field) * proven track record motivating teams and developing work relationships* excellent people management, development of work relationships and motivating teams skills* managing one or more contracts * client management * excellent selling and news business skills (P&L familiarity essential)* similar sales or service environment background * task/project achievement requiring strategic foresight * excellent presentation skills - across all medias to a very high standard .
