Area Field Manager Field Based - North West of England
Jackson Rose are recruiting an Area Field Manager (NW England), for a field based role to work for one of the UK’s top ten field marketing agencies. You will report to the Senior Account Manager, support the client company in achieving both it’s volume and profit objectives, oversee Independent/Multiple Grocer/Distributive Channels and manage up to 10 Territory Sales Executives (TSE’s).You will be responsible for: * efficient team coaching * training * dynamic and winning team ethos * individual and team performance * driving and developing team operational standards * evaluating skills/knowledge gaps * performance of independent retail outlets * monitoring competitors * developing relationships with key customers/trade partners * corporate social responsibility * recruitment * induction. You will be expected to: * plan, lead, co-ordinate & manage the activities of a team of to deliver agreed Volume/Distribution/Dialogue and Coverage objectives within a defined geographical area * provide leadership, training and coaching support to the team, within budget and timeframes set by the organisation *have a broad commercial understanding coupled with an insight of consumer profiles across the area.
