Marketing Assistant Cambridge
>Jackson Rose are recruiting a Marketing Assistant for an Academic Establishment, reporting to a Marketing Manager, who will design and execute appropriate plans and coordinate field activities to maximize the sales of academic publishing products. You will be expected to have a proven track record across the following areas: * publishing * copy-writing * external collateral *advertising *e-marketing *internal communication * market research * competitor analysis * event production * training manuals *supplier management * company website * branding.Successful candidates will have: * a degree (preferably with an additional marketing qualification such as the CIM) * 3 years marketing experience (within a relevant publishing or educational environment) * excellent organisation and management skills * solid copy writing * a ‘can do’ and proactive approach to work * proven ability to deliver to demanding targets * experience of finance and managing budgets * fluency in another European language (desirable) * a proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point and demonstrable design skills i.e. Design or Quark.
