Senior Business Manager Marlow

Reporting to the Head of Retail Sales you will be responsible for sales of product and supplies into the retail channel. :
You will be required to:
- Develop and manage an existing retail account portfolio within the UK & Pan European accounts.
- Drive retail distribution & profitable sales growth of inkjet & laser printers together with associated supplies within nominated accounts with the goal of increasing the company's market share.
- Target and develop new business opportunities where feasible.
- Build key external customer relationships at all levels.
- Implement category management led initiatives within accounts.
- Build the company's brand visibility and developing promotional activities.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales results & achieve sales targets for the account.
- Ensure account plan and customer viewpoint are updated regularly
- Develop, nurture and broaden relationships into all levels of operations.
- Formalize customer feedback and share customer feedback internally to make changes in the company to improve delivery against account key metrics.
- Determine account-specific quarterly/annual review process; take lead on quarterly and annual reviews with account high level executives.
- You will be a graduate with prior experience in consumer sales and retail operations (technical industry knowledge an advantage).
- You will have proven project management skills with excellent attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication as well as good listening and analytical skills. You will also be a strong team player, working effectively and cooperatively with other team members and account representatives to achieve company goals.
