Marketing Campaign Manager London or Brighton
Definition of the Role
We are currently recruiting for our client a leading Financial Institution based in the city of London. Due to ambitious expansion plans within the company they are looking to take on a Marketing Campaign Manager.
The Campaign Manager will be involved in the delivery of customer communications. The programme will provide effective communications to impacted customers via a number of channels to ensure that these customers are fully informed through the transition states. You will be part of a team of eight and you will work closely with legal, compliance, digital, communications and media relations.
Main responsibilities will include developing communication briefs, build relationships with stakeholders and agencies and suppliers, develop briefs to identify customer segments, sign off all communication material, ensure efficient and effective use of assigned budget and other resources ensuring deadline, cost, print production and legal & compliance standards are met, work closely with customer insight to analyse campaign performance and collate information and produce management reports.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for the delivery of all trade marketing campaigns from brief to execution, including advertising (offline and online), direct mail, email and social media.
Ensure campaign objectives are met and all activity MI is reported.
Manage and deliver key D2C marketing campaigns from brief to execution, in particular off-the-page advertising, direct mail, SEM and online advertising. Work closely with the Customer Call team to ensure call forecasts are met, and the customer experience is maintained.
Work closely with sales to ensure we are supporting their sales plan with campaigns that are fit for purpose, meet the needs of the IFA market, and drive proactive calls to the Telephone Account management team.
Work closely with the media buying agency, creative agency and in-house designer to ensure effective and efficient targeting, outstanding creative, and integration across all channels.
Work with the Marketing Manager to develop all online content in support of business and campaign objectives. Maximise SEO and use SEM where appropriate as well as other mechanics to drive appropriate traffic to the website and call centre.
Ensure all activity is in line with business objectives and brand strategy, and all material is developed to brand guidelines.
