Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Communications Executive London
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Communications Executive for a large and growing luxury goods client of ours based in the London area.
Our client if a leading luxury goods company that has become the number one player in its market. We are looking for candidates who have around 2-3 years experience within a specialist Direct Marketing role (direct, DM, email campaigns, analysing trends, etc). You don't necessarily need to have come from a Retail industry background (although it would help). Any retail type experience / backgrounds, e.g. supermarkets, airline industry, hotel industry, etc .. Candidates should have experience with customer retention schemes, loyalty schemes, frequent flyer schemes Experience in devising customer acquisition and retention campaigns A self-starter who will devise, plan and execute CRM campaigns Global experience a big bonus Experience of planning campaigns, writing agency briefs and then project managing the agency and full lifecycle of the campaign
This role sits within our clients marketing, the CRM team currently consists of 1 person (the Head of Global CRM) as CRM is a fairly new focus for them. The Head of Global CRM needs to focus on the bigger strategy moving forward and so needs someone who can think for themselves and support her. As this is a completely new role it is a really good opportunity for somebody to come in and make the role their own and add real value to the business.
