In order to strengthen the current team of Product Managers this highly successful and rapidly growing global brand is now looking for a new highly motivated Product Manager to take on the responsibility of a portfolio of luxury variants.
Suitable candidates may come from Luxury Retail brands, Automotive or Technological sectors. Be able to spot trends, create excitement, understand product lifecycles and product management and influence the very success of an exceptional luxury brand on the global stage.

Requirements to background:
• Experienced in PM portfolio responsibility • Background from branded, high-end luxury market products • Flair and interest in design, aesthetics, materials • Understands trends and fashion • Commercially strongRole Objective:
The PM plays a very important role both in the PM/Concepting function as well as across R&D and sales/marketing functions. As the "spider-in-the-web" the PM is driving the product & business development around the product/portfolio in question and participates in any related procedures that focus on delivering and maintain the right product offering to the luxury discerning customer. As such the PM takes a lead role in constantly developing and improving the product/portfolio business.
Personal &ProfessionalQualifications:
Visionary thinking and capable of formulating strategic business objectives for the product / portfolio in question and implement tactically and operationally
Strong understanding of luxury product and brand identity as well as an aestetical and innovative flair - understanding the necessity of attention to every detail and strive for perfection as opposition to compromise
Strong product and business leadership skills. Capable of analysing - both situation or data
Broad/overall technical understanding of mobile phones and other communication devices combined with strong commercial and brand development insight. Ability to bring both elements into both top management perspective as well as operational perspective
Goal and implementation oriented - and at the same time able to lead a business category in an abstract and complex creative environment
Good negotiation and decision making skills in highly pressurized environment
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and determination to go the extra mile at all times
Great understanding of markets, marketing, customers, distribution and products.
Understanding of the company's business key figures and financial relations
Great cross functional / organisational communication and motivation skills across both professions, cultures, nationalities and organisations
Influences others to support decisions
Independently working and capable of working with little supervision
Great formulation capacity both written and spoken
Hard working, team worker
