Basic to £40,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our client is one of Europe’s leading providers of integrated communications solutions, They have been established for nearly 30 years and are considered to be amongst the very best at what they do in terms of product, solutions and services. They are looking to recruit a business development executive to join their rapidly expanding team in Marlow.
This is a 360 degree role, as you will be expected to manage the full sales cycle. Key accountabilities will be: to resource and act upon all sales leads, be able to gain access to the decision maker at the highest level, consult with the clients on their potential requirements, sell an array of solutions and services, provide proof of concept demonstrations and consult throughout the process, then efficiently close the deal.
The successful candidate will have strong negotiation skills based upon service and solution rather than price, have a proven track record of selling technology systems and services to both the public and private sectors, and can evidence success in multi-level selling and of using innovative methodologies to secure major contracts.
You must have exemplary communications skills, have gravitas, be able to transact effectively at board level and be able to prove and quantify your success within this environment.
