Sales Manager - Luxury HNWI's Experiences London and / or East Sussex
Based at: London, UK and or East Sussex offices
Team Structure: Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Head of Sales
Job Purpose:To develop a long term strategic business partnership with new and existing clients in Luxury Travel, by identifying their long term objectives and providing specialist industry knowledge to assist them.
Scope:This role will develop strategic relations with High Net Worth clients across all markets in order to maximise revenues and business opportunities across the Luxury Travel Portfolio
Key responsibilities:
Own and manage the Sales process, selling to the most sought after clients of ultra luxurious Travel and extreme expeditions on offer in the Luxury Travel industry
.Create and develop strategic/consultative relationships with the leading luxury travel providers to maximise client growth and retention
Develop and manage bespoke partnerships with the top key accounts from your region.
Proactively create your own network in order to assist new and organic business development
Create and develop business plans for your region that will shape and influence the future direction for the client.
Plan international travel trips in order to increase your influence in your region and to secure stronger relationships from your region across the portfolio
•Develop robust sales strategies to counteract competitive events
Understand and practice the principles of key account management.
Work closely with senior management and other team departments to develop and execute your sales and business development plans.
Ideal candidate profile:
• Ability to understand wider strategic business objectives. • Successful experience of working with major accounts ideally within the luxury travel or Financial services industries. ( comfortable delaing with eg, Selling to Fund Managers, Hedge Funds etc.. and other HNWI’s • Experience of Business Development skills both on new business and on large key accounts • Experience of face to face and group presentations. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain to complex information to a wide audience • Demonstrate an understanding and experience of strategic account management principles • Using your own judgement and initiative to successfully exceed business objectives. • An ability to build long-term, sustainable and profitable relationships with customers and be seen as part of the industry • Experience in consultative selling, maximising revenue from existing clients demonstrating innovation and creativity in ideas • Empathy and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context • A highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional • Comfortable entertaining and networking with large groups of people.| Salary: | Upto £ 35K + Package |
