Flagship Store Manager Vienna - Austria
This fantastic trend led brand offer high fashion ladies and men’s wear to a fashion conscious customer; they are looking for a superstar store manager to drive sales in their Vienna flagship store.
You will be currently managing a large turnover and team size within a high street fashion brand, you should be an inspirational manager who thrives on the training and development of their teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this international fashion brand. Selling men's and women's fashion this exciting fashion brand is new to the UK market. Competing with the world's leading casual wear brands this flagship store is set to make waves in the Austrian retail market.
As General Store manager you will be responsible for running the stores as a business and analysing the local market. You will make decisions in order to reach set sales objectives and manage and motivate a large team in a high turnover store. Strong visual skills are essential as is a genuine love of fashion and retail.
Applicants must come from a fashion management background and possess the following skills and qualities:
High level of numeracy, written and verbal communication skills
Strategic marketing skills
Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Passion for the brand
Experience in a High Volume store (50,000 sq ft )
Experience in a Large Format Store essential.
