About the Job
Our client is an award winning food manufacturer and the market leaders in their field. Supplying premium branded products to the retail market they are passionate about NPD and producing products of exceptonal quality. In support of brand and business growth and continued investment they are seeking an equally passionate UK Marketing Director to join their team to lead marketing activity for their most successful brands.
Reporting to the European Marketing Director you will manage the whole marketing mix to support effective growth. This will include developing and implementing the marketing plans and brand strategy. You will lead the innovation strategy working closely with the NPD team to acheive success and truly understand your consumer. As brand champion you will bring your own ideas to the team and directly shape and influence the future of the brand.
Of graduate calibre you should already have gained experience of operating in an FMCG marketing environment with a proven track record of driving brand growth and profitability. As a proven Marketing Director or Marketing Manager looking for your first Directorship role you must be able to show a creative and passionate approach as your ideas will directly influence brand success. Strong commercial acumen, budget management and influencing skills are all important.
In Return
You will be awarded a Salary of between £ 75K and £90K + an excellent package + Car etc..
