Our client, a leading retail group in the Middle East are currently recruiting a Retail Operations Manager for one of their thriving and fast paced fashion brands, with accountability for the UAE area. Based in Dubai, this is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving business whilst growing your retail career.
As Operations Manager you will have full accountability for planning and driving the brands retail operations in order tomaximise sales and profitability, ensure optimum stock levels, increase in customer satisfaction to initiate continued business growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining the desiredvisual merchandising, retail operations, customer service, replenishment, recovery standards in your area in the store in all aspects. In addition to this it you will be the main driver in coaching and developing your team which includes area and store managers within the region.
We are seeking business savvy individual who has a strong fashion retail background and has a desire to progress their experience internationally. You must have a strong understanding of working with franchise operations and also experience of leading a multi cultural team.
The company offer an exceptional tax free salary (£48K UK equivalent of £70k) in addition to this there is a company bonus scheme and benefit package.
