Area manager Oxordshire
Our client has a really exciting portfolio of fashion retail brands and has stores across the UK and Europe in key shopping destinations. Due to ongoing expansion the company now have a really exciting opportunity to join the business as an area manger, based in Bicester.
With full accountability for the stores in your area you will be responsible for leading and developing your team of store managers to maximise the sales and profitability of your stores through efficient stock management. You will also be responsible for slick store operations, strong visual merchandising and delivering an ethic of outstanding customer service within your stores.
We are searching for an experienced retailer who has been operating already at multi site level within a fast paced fashion brand, ideally with experience of both men's and women's fashion. Experience of working for a franchise operation is desirable also for this role but not essentiel.You will be an exceptionally commercial and focussed manager who strives on developing your business and team, you will be analytical, have a keen eye for detail and most of all enjoy the buzz of working in a fast paced fashion environment.
Our client will offer a salary of between 39-45K depending on experience along with a very competitive bonus and benefits package. Our client is short listing candidates for imminent interview and therefore you are advise to submit your CV and cover letter ASAP for immediate review.
