Account Director – Full Service Integrated London Agency

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director for a Full Service Integrated London Agency:

Marketing solutions include Face to Face, loyalty, sales promotion and experiential solutions for clients across all industry sectors.

A cross-agency team provides truly holistic solutions.

Flexible and lack of rigidity in scale and heritage.

Looking to recruit an ambitious AM to work across a number of accounts

Candidate pre-requisites:

An in-depth knowledge of face to face delivery and how it can amplify a TTL campaign, specifically brand experience events and front of store / in-store retailer activity.

An ability to craft responses to client briefs which are both creatively compelling, logistically feasible and commercially sound.

Financial acumen to manage large budget campaigns, profitably.

Effective interpersonal skills, particularly with clients. A natural networker with a flair for presenting our work to clients and other (ATL/media/PR) agencies.

Strong team management skills and appropriate use of extended expertise within client such as planning, creative and decision sciences.

A strong drive for quality and results from themselves and their team and not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get things done.

Business development experience, including pitch leadership
