Sales Executive Oxford
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive for a large and growing client of ours based in the Oxford area.
Our client if a leading provider of Recruitment Testing and New Hire Testing solutions ( both online and paper based ) and is seeking to expand its sales force.
The Sales Executive will be tasked with personally generating and closing sales ,both using telephone sales and face to face, making appointments and facilitating other sales opportunities for the Account Management Team. You will also provide support and follow-up to selected marketing activities as well as maintaining and developing a customer database system for existing and potential clients.
You will have at least 2 years working in a business 2 business ( B2B ) telephone sales environment with a track record of achieving targets and a good experience of working with processes and systems. An ability to and experience of interpreting clients needs and identifying appropriate solutions is also a prerequisite for this role.

In return the Sales Executive will be rewarded with a Base Salary of around £ 25K + a very realistic OTE of a further £ 5K PA.
