<>Jackson Rose are recruiting a Marketing Services Manager for an Academic Establishment, reporting to the Directorate, and responsible for marketing solutions across the range of new enterprises, offering a salary of up to £41k plus package.You will be expected to develop, implement and review an overall strategy for marketing, at the same time contribute to the development teams to ensure that marketing and business development activities are aligned. The role will also manage internal stakeholder communications across the Press, and support the Content Innovations team with market research, product concept proposals and prototypes.
Successful candidates will have: * a degree (CIM desirable) * 3 years + of relevant marketing experience in education publishing, and with digital and software products * working knowledge of catalogue production, direct mail, e-marketing, exhibitions coordination, PR and advertising * experience of CRM database management, graphic design (print and web), and digital Web2.0 marketing tools (Blogs, Google Adwords, Search Engine Optimisation) * market research knowledge is also referred * good interpersonal qualities * a quick-thinking, creative, charismatic mindset * capabilities of championing initiatives both internally and externally * tremendous attention to detail * highly developed organisational and people management skills * good financial awareness * excellent writing and IT skills.
