>Jackson Rose is recruiting a Marketing Manager, with luxury goods experience, for their International client’s Richmond office, offering a salary of between £35k-£40k + 15% Bonus + £10k car allowance (depends on experience). This role holds responsibility for the execution of all Marketing related activities in Europe (up to 30 countries), under the direction of the Brand Manager.You will be responsible for: * developing marketing across Europe * support and implementation of Marketing initiatives * building internal/external relationships with US-based Brand and International team and distributors * management of marketing in each territory * availability of necessary ‘go to market ‘tools * critical path management of marketing implementation * research * identifying growth areas * execution of marketing plans, key launches, execution of strategies, other retail related Marketing Projects * collating, reporting, presenting, evaluating * managing marketing budgets * retail * PR management and execution * excellent and effective communication * supporting the overall business direction and strategy.
To apply for this role, it is essential that you have: * a marketing related degree * 3 years’ experience in luxury fashion or footwear * European Experience * experience of working within a distributor business model * an ability to speak a European language * a demonstrable proven track record in marketing * exceptional organisational skills * strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft packages: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) * drive * ambition * flexible work ethic * developed multi-tasking ability * a strategic approach * excellent team-working and interpersonal skills * faultless time management and organisation skills * superior attention to detail * professional attitude * initiative * relentless desire and ability to succeed in the role * commitment to the role and organization.
Located in West London with a salary circ. £35k-£40k + 15% Bonus + £10k car allowance (depends on experience). Note: You will be expected to travel extensively as part of this role.
